OFFSITE NOTIFICATION TO ENVIRONMENTAL GOVERNMENT AGENCIES On 1/25/2021, at 08:25 EST, a dead American Crocodile was reported in the Owner Controlled Area. The cause of death was causal to plant operations. The Federal Fish and Wildlife Service and the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWCC) were notified on 1/25/2020 at 11:45 EST.

"The NRC Resident Inspector bas been notified."
