SUBJECT: COLUMBIA GENERATING STATION - FINAL SIGNIFICANCE DETERMINATION OF WHITE FINDINGS AND NOTICE OF VIOLATION, NRC INSPECTION REPORT 05000397/2012502 ERRATA

Dear Mr. Reddemann:

Due to an error when the Final Significance Determination of White Findings and Notice of Violation, was issued, please replace the first page of the letter, dated October 24, 2012, with the enclosed replacement page. The NRC is revi sing the subject Inspection Report number to 05000397/2012503. The change is necessary to properly distinguish between the letter and inspection report issued July 26, 2012, and the letter and notice of violation, dated October 24, 2012, and to ensure the availability of the notice of violation to the public.

In accordance with 10 CFR 2.390 of the NRC's "Rules of Practice," a copy of this letter will be

available electronically for public inspection in the NRC Public Document Room or from the Publicly Available Records (PARS) component of NRC's Agencywide Document Access and Management System (ADAMS). ADAMS is accessible from the NRC Website at http://www.nrc.gov/reading-rm/adams.html (the Public Electronic Reading Room).
