Schematics for the automatic controllers used (if any) to perform the over. Response The schematics for the automatic controllers used to perform the over from Injection to Recirculation Mode are found in the Palisades FSAR Section 6.1.2.1, Figure 6-2, Section 8.5.5 and Figures 8-16, 8-18 and 8-19. Schematics E-207, Rev 7 and E-246, Rev 3 (Sheet 1 of 2) and Rev 5 (Sheet 2 of 2) are updated copies of Figures 8-16 and 8-19, respectively.

Item 2 Topic VII-1.A, Isolation of Reactor Protection System From Non-Safety Systems, Including Qualification of Isolation Devices Drawings and schematics which show: A.   • Response Due to problems with interpretation of the term "isolation" and to the amount of information required to respond completely to this request, we recommend that a meeting be scheduled to resolve the issue. Item 3 Topic VII-2, Engineered Safety Features (ESF) System Logic and Design A list of the diesel generator loads which are to be supplied under various conditions, including:

A. Normal operation, including normal shutdown.

B. LOCA. C. Other emergency situations.

Details of automatic load sequencing system or equipment (if any). Response The information requested concerning diesel generator loads and load sequencing is contained in Palisades FSAR Section 8.4.1, 8.5 and Figures 8.6 and 8.8-8.11.

Drawings E-139, Rev 10 (Sheet 1 of 2) and Rev 9 (Sheet 2 of 2), E-206, Rev 7 (Sheet 1 of 2) and Rev 5 (Sheet 2 of 2) and E-209, Rev 14 (Sheets 1 and 4 of 4) and Rev 12 (Sheets 2 and 3 of 4) are the most recent revisions of Figures 8.6, 8.10 and 8.11, respectively.
