Valve seat ring was found backed '5ut and distorted. Excessive vibration t .t suspected due to broken pipe hanger. Pipe hanger repaired. Valve repair j-- delayed pending parts availability and unit outage. Blank flange was L_._,t ' __ installed upstream of SO2-14-26A to restore loop operability. Loop L _.1_ :

operability verified by observing zero flow with inject. ton valve closed.
