By letter to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) dated June 30, 2006, AmerGen EnergyCompany, LLC submitted a request that proposed a change to the Emergency Plan Annex that relocates the Technical Support Center from its current location adjacent to the main control room to the training facility on the east side of the owner controlled area, for Clinton Power Station, Unit 1.The NRC staff is reviewing your submittal and has determined that additional information isrequired to complete the review. The specific information requested is addressed in the enclosure to this letter. During a discussion with your staff on November 3, 2006, it was agreed that you would provide a response 30 days from the date of this letter.
