The NRC requested the meeting with Exelon management to discuss: 1) the SCWE inspection conducted at Peach Bottom from March 24 to 28, 2008 (in accordance with the November 28, 2007 reactor oversight process deviation memorandum, ML073320344); and 2) the status of security organization SCWE surveys at other Exelon Nuclear operating reactors (in accordance with the October 19, 2007 Confirmatory Action Letter (ML072920283) and an October 4, 2007 letter from Exelon to the NRC (ML072850708)). | ||
