Purpose:
The NRC requested a meeting with Exelon to:
- 1) discuss the NRC safety conscious work environment (SCWE) inspection conducted at Peach Bottom from March 24 to 28, 2008 (in accordance with the November 28, 2007 reactor oversight process deviation memorandum); and
- 2) discuss the status of security organization SCWE surveys at other Exelon Nuclear operating reactors.

The first part will include a public exit regarding the NRCs inspection of Peach Bottoms SCWE survey results. The second part will include a discussion of the status of security organization SCWE surveys at other Exelon Nuclear operating reactor sites.
The public is invited to observe the exit meeting and will have an opportunity to communicate with the NRC after the business portion of the meeting, but before that meeting is adjourned.

Confirmatory Action Letter, Item 16, from Exelons October 4, 2007, letter (ML073180128) committed Exelon to performing security organization SCWE surveys to identify any required corrective actions.
