On May 30, 2017, the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRG) issued Conforming Amendment No. 187 to Renewed Facility Operating License No. NPF-73, for Beaver Valley Power Station, Unit 2 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) Accession No. ML17115A123). The conforming amendment was issued relative to the April 14, 2017, order approving the direct transfer of Toledo Edison Company's 18.26 percent leased interest and Ohio Edison Company's 21.66 percent leased interest in Beaver Valley Power Station, Unit 2, to FirstEnergy Nuclear Generation, LLC (ADAMS Accession No. ML17081A433). On June 2, 2017, FirstEnergy Corporation staff notified NRG staff that one of the license pages (Appendix D, page D-6) revised by Conforming Amendment No. 187 was missing the new amendment number (187) in the left hand column under "Amendment Number." The corrected Appendix D, page D-6, is enclosed.
