Dear Mr. Grabnar:

By letter dated October 15, 2021, the Nuclear Regulatory Commis sion issued Amendment No. 203 (Agencywide Documents A ccess and Management System (ADA MS) Accession No. ML21197A009) to Renewed Operating License No. No. NPF-73 fo r the Beaver Valley Power Station Unit, No. 2.

Due to an administrative error, the incorrect operating license page was inserted for Amendment No. 203. The corrected operating license page is enc losed. License Amendment No. 203 is effective as of the date of this letter and shall be implemented within 30 days.

This renewed operating license shall be deemed to contain a nd is subject to the conditions specified in the following Commission regulat ions set forth in 10 CFR Chapter 1 and is subject to all applicable pr ovisions of the Act and to the rules, regulations, and orders of the Commission now or hereafter in effect; and is subject to the additional condition s specified or incorporated below:

(1) Maximum Power Level

EnergyHarborNuclearCorp.isauthorizedtooperatethefac ility at a steady state reactor core power level of 2900 megawatts thermal.

(2) Technical Specifications

The Technical Specifications contained in Appendix A, as revisedthro ugh Amendment No. 203, and the Environmental Protection Plan contained in Appendix B, both of which are attached hereto are hereby incorporated in the license. Energy Harbor Nuclear Corp. shall operate the facility in accordance withtheTechnicalSpecificationsandtheEnvironmental Protection Plan.
