NOTICE OF TAKING OF DEPOSITION TO THE ATOMIC SAFETY AND LICENSING APPEAL BOARD, TO DEPONENT IDENTIFIED BELOW, AND TO ALL PARTIES AND THEIR RESPECTIVE COUNSEL:
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that, pursuant to 10 C.F.R. section 2.740a, on Wednesday, September 27, 1983, at 9:00 a.m., counsel for Governor George Deukmejian will take the deposition of the employee of the Nuclear Regulatory Commission Region V Office responsible for review of design quality assurance at Diablo
              ~ Canyon.      The deposition will take place at the Office of the Attorney General, 6th Floor Library Conference Room, 350 McAllister Street, San Francisco, California 94102, upon oral examination before a duly certified notary public whose name and address will in determined and communicated at a later time.                    The deposition will continue from day to day until completed.              The deponent will be examined regarding matters concerning the licensing of the Diablo Canyon Nuclear Power Plant.
