9 NOTICE OF TAKING OF DEPOSITION 10 11 TO THE ATOMIC SAFETY AND LICENSING APPEAL BOARD, 12 TO DEPONENT GEORGE APOSTOLAKIS AND TO ALL PARTIES AND THEIR 13 RESPECTIVE COUNSEL:
14 PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that, pursuant to 10 C.F.R. 15 section 2.740a, on Tuesday, October 11, 1983, at 16 1:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter as possible, counsel for 17 Pacific Gas and Electric Company will take the deposition of 18 George Apostolakis.
The deposition will take place at 19 Pacific Gas and Electric Company, 77 Beale Street, Room 20 3101, San Francisco, CA 94106, upon oral examination before 21 a duly certified notary public whose name and address will 22 be determined and communicated at a later time.
The 23 deposition will continue from day to day until completed.
24 The deponent will be examined regarding matters concerning 25 the licensing of the Diablo Canyon Nuclear Power Plant.
