i NOTICE OF TAKING OF DEPOSITION TO THE ATOMIC SAFETY AND LICENSING APPEAL BOARD, TO DEPONENT HANS SCHIERLING, AND TO ALL PARTIES AND THEIR RESPECTIVE COUNSEL:
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that, pursuant to 10 C.F.R.
section 2.740a, on Wednesday, September 21, 1983, at 9:00 a.m.,
counsel for Governor George Deukmejian will take the deposition of Hans Schierling of the Nuclear Regulatory Commission staff.
The deposition will take place at the offices of the NRC Staff, Maryland Bank Building, 7735 ' Old Georgetown Road, Bethesda, Maryland, upon oral examination before a duly certified notary

The deposition will continue from day to day until completed.
The deponent will be examined regarding matters concerning the licensing of the Diablo Canyon Nuclear Power Plant.
