NOTICE OF TAKING OF DEPOSITION TO THE ATOMIC SAFETY AND LICENSING APPEAL BOARD, TO DEPONENT H.
POLK, AND TO ALL PARTIES AND THEIR RESPECTIVE COUNSEL:
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that, pursuant to 10 C.F.R.
section 2.740a, on Tuesday, September 19, 1983, at 11:00 a.m.,
counsel for Governor George Deukmejian will take the deposition of H. Polk of the Nuclear Regulatory Commission staf f.
The deposition will take place at the offices of the NRC Staff, Maryland Bank Building, 7735'Old Georgetown Road, Bethesda, Maryland, upon oral examination before a duly certified notary public whose name and address will be determined and communicated at a later time.
The deposition will continue from day to day until completed.
The deponent will be examined regarding matters concerning the licensing of the Diablo Canyon Nuclear Power Plant.
