ASLBP No. 88-566-03-OLA 3 M D W I1 g ESTABLISHMENT OF ATOMIC SAFETY AND LICENSING BOARD Pursuant to delegation by the Comission dated December 29, 1972, published in the Federal Register, 37 F.R. 28710 (1972), and Sections 2.105, 2.700, 2.702, 2.714, 2.714a, 2.717 and 2.721 of the Comission's Regulations, all as amended, an Atomic Safety and Licensing Board is being established in the following proceeding to rule on petitions for leave to intervene and/or requests for hearing and to preside over the proceeding in the event that a hearing is ordered.

PACIFIC GAS AND ELECTRIC COMPANY Diablo Canyon Nuclear Power Plant, Unit 1 Facility Operating License No. DPR-80 This Board is being established pursuant to a notice published by the Commission on October 21, 1987 in the Federal Register (52 F.R.

39296 and 39304) entitled, "Notice of Consideration of Issuance of Amendment to Facility Operating License and Proposed No Significant Hazards Consideration Detennination and Opportunity for Hearing." The 8803160071Bj[oh75 PDn ADOCK O PDR G

2 proposed amendment would revise License Condition 2.C.(7) of the Diablo Canyon full power license, DPR-80, to allow submittal of the Long Tenn Seismic Program (LTSP) final report by July 31, 1989, rather than by July 31, 1988.
