9 10 NOTICE OF TAKING OF DEPOSITION 11 12 TO THE ATOMIC SAFETY AND LICENSING APPEAL BOARD, 13 TO DEPONENT DR. JOSE ROESSET, AND TO ALL PARTIES AND THEIR 14 RESPECTIVE COUNSEL:
15 PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that, pursuant to 10 C.F.R. 16 section 2.740a, on Thursday, September 29, 1983, at 17 9:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter as possible, counsel for 18 Pacific Gas and Electric Company will take the deposition of 19 Dr. Jose Roesset.
The deposition will take place at the 20 Austin Marriott Hotel, 1st Floor, Lone Star 2, 6121 I-H 35, 21 North, Austin, TX 78752, upon oral examination before a 22 duly certified notary public whose name and address will be 23 determined and communicated at a later time.
The deposition 24 will continue from day to day until completed.
The deponent 25 will be examined regarding matters concerning the licensing 26 of the Diablo Canyon Nuclear Power Plant.
