CRYSTAL RIVER UNIT 3 - ADMINISTRATIVE CORRECTION TO AMENDMENT REGARDING STEAM GENERATOR REPORTING REQUIREMENTS (TAC NO. MD7453)
Dear Mr. Young:
On June 28, 1999, the Commission issued Amendment No. 180 to Facility Operating License No. DPR-72 for Crystal River Unit 3. This amendment changed the Technical Specifications (TSs) regarding inservice inspection and reporting requirements for the steam generator tubes. It was recently discovered that TS Page 5.0-29A was not deleted as intended during issuance of Amendment No. 180. This letter deletes TS Page 5.0-29A. Enclosed is a corrected list of effected pages for Amendment No. 180. We regret any inconvenience this may have caused.
Sincerely,
/RA/
