RE: Radwaste Permits Rich, I was just informed that the Virginia Application for Registration was renewed early in 2005 and that the Virginia Application for Registration to Transport Hazardous Radioactive Materials "VY-S-073104" was allowed to expire. A new Virginia number was issued on December 27, 2005 for Vermont Yankee, with an expiration date of December 31, 2007. The new registration number is "EV-S-1 23107".
