Meeting schedule
- Julie, We are looking at the second week of August for a meeting with ANR. I believe we can support a meeting Monday afternoon, August 7 or anytime Tuesday, August 8 thru Thursday, August 10. Michael Masnik, Kirk LaGory, Bill Vinikour, and I would probably attend. We may bring additional staff for training. Are you folks located in Montpelier, VT?
You may remember during the site audit, that we were unsure of which transmission lines would be in-scope for license renewal. That decision has been made; the transmission lines from Vermont Yankee to the Coolidge Substation in Vermont (51 miles up central VT) and to the Chestnut Hill Substation in New Hampshire (2 miles across the Connecticut River) are in-scope for license renewal. the the other transmission lines are not in-scope; they were already planned as part of the big New England transmission plan to alleviate blackouts problems that occurred in the 1960's.
