RE: Radwaste Permits Rich, I was just informed that the Virginia Application for Registration was renewed early in 2005 and that the Virginia Application for Registration to Transport Hazardous Radioactive Materials "VY-S-073104" was allowed to expire. A new Virginia number was issued on December 27, 2005 for Vermont Yankee, with an expiration date of December 31, 2007. The new registration number is "EV-S-1 23107". I've attached a copy of this permit.

bRichard Emch - RE: Radwaste Permits P~age_ 2 11 Rich, As requested, attached is a copy of the South Carolina Radioactive Waste Transport Permit 0002-44-04-X and Tennessee Radioactive Waste-License-for-Delivery T-VT001 -L06 that were just recently renewed.

Based on input from the site, the Virginia Application for Registration to Transport Hazardous Radioactive Materials VY-S-073104 is no longer needed and therefore was not renewed.
