Request for supplemental documentation to support review of the physical security plan Date: Wednesday, August 16, 2017 9:04:00 AM Mr. Chappell, To complete our technical review of the Vermont Yankee request (dated March 29, 2017 and supplemented by letter dated June 28, 2017) to approve the ISFSI physical security plan, please provide copies of the following documents referenced in the submittals:

1) The blast analysis

2) A copy of the local law enforcement agency (LLEA) memorandum of agreement And the Vermont Yankee response to the following NRC security orders:

3) EA-02-026 Interim Safeguards .and Security Compensatory Measures

4) EA-03-086 Design Basis Threat

5) EA-06-037 Updated Adversary Characteristic

6) EA-06-116 ISFSI - Interim Safeguards and Security Compensatory Measures

7) EA-06-117 ISFSI - Implementation of Additional Security Measures Associated with Access Authorization In order to keep on schedule with our technical review, please provided your response by September 12, 2017. If you are unable to meet this response date, please notify us by September 1, 2017, with your new submittal date and the reasons for the delay.
