SUMMARY

The changes made to pump testing procedure EM-09-04 included various editorial changes, as well as the following:

I. The pump hydraulic test circuits for all pumps tested were added to the procedure to aid in IST program development.

2. All but four Relief Requests in Attachment 3 of EM-09-04 were deleted due to modifications being implemented in the fall 1990 outage to enhance pump parameter measurements.
3. Attachment 2 Table 2 of EM-09-04 "Allowable Ranges of Test Quantities" was revised to reflect ASME Section. XI IWP rather than OM-6 limits.
4. Basis Statements for all pumps in the IST Program were added to the procedure to provide a quick reference for pump function.
5. Tables for each pump were added to the procedure delineating the parameters tested, and if applicable, the reference value and instrument number that measures the hydraulic parameter.
