Doch:t "c. 50-334 AMENDMENT TO INDEMNITY AGREEMENT NO. B-73 AMENDl1ENT NO. 6 Effective May 1, 1977, Indemnity Agreement No. B-73, between Duquesne tinht Company, Ohio Edison Company, and Pennsylvania Power Company, and the Atomic Energy Commission, dated August 12, 1974, as amended, is hareby further amended by modifying the prefatory language of paragraph E, Article I, to read as follows:
                "In the course of transportation" means in the course of transportation within the United States, or in the course of transportation outside the United States and any other nation, including handling or temporary storage incidental thereto, of the radioactive material to the location or from the location provided that:
