Application for Amendment to the-above operating license to delete. surveillanca requirement 4.4.9.3.1.d.
This surveillance requires the Power Operated Relief Valves, associated with the 1
Cold Overpressure Protection
- System, to be stroke tested every time the plant enters Mode 5 if not tested within the proceeding three months.
This-change has been reviewed by the - OSC and ORC and was determined to be safe and does not involve an unreviewed safety question.
