This proposed change' includes the addition of the requirement that an operable 120 -volt A.C.
Vital Bus must be energized from an h
inverter connected to a
D.C.
Bus.-
The Applicability Statements -would be revised to include the period when all-fuel is -removed. from the reactor-vessel and movement of irradiated fuel or movement of loads over irradiated fuel is q
occurring.
