This letter confirms the email correspondence between Mr. Barry Garber of your staff and Mr. Gerald McCoy of the NRC, on March 21, 2012, concerning a Regulatory Conference being conducted at your request, which has been scheduled for April 19, 2012, from 1:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time (EDT). The enclosed meeting notice provides additional details. The purpose of this Regulatory Conference is to discuss one Apparent Violation (AV) of Technical Specification (TS) 6.4.A.7 associated with Surry Unit 2 reactor coolant system (RCS) standpipe level erratic indications. The result s of the NRC's inspection of this issue are available in NRC Inspection Report No. 05000280, 281/2012007, available at the Agencywide Document Access and Management System (ADAMS) (ML120730510).
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.390 of the NRC's "Rules of Practice," a copy of this letter and its enclosure will be made available electronically for public inspection in the NRC Public Document Room or from the Publicly Available Records (PARS) component of NRC's ADAMS.
