This letter confirms the conversation between Mr. Barry Garber of your staff and Mr. Chris Welch of this office on March 4, 2008, concerning a Category 1 public meeting which has been scheduled for April 15, 2008, at 1:30 p.m. The meeting notice, which provides additional details, is enclosed. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the NRC Reactor Oversight Process Annual Assessment of your Surry Power Station.
