REPORT Basis/Justification for Change:

An evaluation of each of the below listed commitments was performed in accordance with NEI 99-04. NRC amended its regulations, RIN 3150-AH95, such that the requirements governing criticality control for spent fuel pool storage racks do not apply to the fuel within a spent fuel transportation package or storage cask when the package is in a spent fuel pool. The evaluation determined that each of the items are no longer commitments based on the rule change. Because these commitments were initiated as a result of a safety evaluation report decision, they have been tabulated in the commitment summary report for NRC notification.
