) 3l On November 9, 1984, R. Wessman attempted to locate Alleger A-29. This effort was to provide A-29 feedback from the Comanche Peak Technical Review Team (TRT) regarding concerns A-29 had raised relating to the construction of Comanche Peak. The contact effort was made at the South Texas Project, as this was believed to be the current location of A-29's employment. According to the South Texas Project switchboard operator, no individual with A-29's name worked at that facility.

On November 13, 1984, R. Wessman had a telephone conversation with Alleger A-28, who stated he was a friend of A-29. Alleger A-28 further stated, that A-29 had no telephone.

In response to Mr. Wessman's request, A-28 agreed to l

pass a message to A-29 regarding the TRT's desire for an interview.

On November 14,1984, A-28 advised the TRT that he had passed Mr. Wessman's message and phone number to A-29.

As of this date no response has been received from A-29.

For a long time, painters were hired in three categories:

hel;ers; brush painters; and spray painters.

We had prepared a bc k to go by as far as surface preparation, a pictorial guide.

Later en, sand kept getting into the pumps and getting in o the reactor that they were ordered to stop all sandblasting or to build plastic tents arcund areas they were sandblasting in the reacter areas.

They decided to build tents.

This got to where they thcught it was taking tco much time and holding up prcduction, so Mark Wells changed the specifications to read power tooling.

What they started using then was a' rotary wire wheel and what they call a needle scaler. The needle scaler had a lot cf catal' tips on it and it vibrated to craets kind of a pr file
