FINANCIALINFORMATIONFORCONSTRbCTIONPERMIT The staff has reviewed the financial information which you submitted on November 9,1984 with your application for construction permit and has concluded that you have demonstrated reasonable assurance that the University can obtain the funds necessary to cover the estimated eerstructier cests, the related fuel cycle costs, the cperating costs and the decomissioning costs.

Because the University funding of the reactor construction is contingent upon receipt of a construction permit from the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC), we request that when the funding approval is obtained, a copy of it be submitted to the NRC.
