POWER COMPANY QUALITY ASSURANCE PROGRAM -

REVISION 10, September 26, 1980 Attached are thirty-nine (39) sets of Consumers Power Company Quality Assur-ance Program Volume I - Policies, Revision 10, September 26, 1980. Revisions are denoted by a vertical line in the margin adjacent to the changed text.

This Topical Report applies to the actions that are implemented by Consumers Power Company personnel during the design, procurement, construction, fueling, testing, operation, refueling, maintenance, repair and modification of the safety-related portions of all our nuclear power plants.

Revision 10 incorporates the following organizational changes:

(i) Policy 1 - Clarification of ES,QA&T responsibilities (ii) Policy 19 - Increased report distribution to management personnel (iii) Policy 20 - Organizational changes for report distribution and revised frequency of status meeting for major modi-fications and Palisades SGRP design and construction activities.
