Initial notification of the subject deficiency was made to R. W. Wright, NRC-0IE, Region II on March 14, 1980. In compliance with paragraph 50.55(e) of 10 CFR Part 50, enclosed is the first interim report of the subject deficiency. TVA anticipates trans-mitting the final report on or before July 7,1980.
