ARKANSAS NUCLEAR ONE INSPECTION PROCEDURE 95003 COMMUNICATION TEAM CHARTER The enclosed team charter establishes the purpose, objectives, and composition of the Arkansas Nuclear One (ANO) Inspection Procedure 95003 Communication Team. This team has been established to ensure that the agency's actions to address the root cause and corrective actions are clearly communicated and documented. This charter also defines the expected outcomes of the oversight process and the team membership. Questions involving the charter should be directed to Neil OKeefe at 817-200-1574 or Neil.OKeefe@nrc.gov
