MONTHLY OPERATING REPORTS UPDATE FOR THE FIRST QUARTER OF 2011 A Notice of Availability was published in the Federal Register on June 23, 2004, (69 FR 35067) to facilitate the removal of a provision in the technical specifications (TS) of operating nuclear power plants that required submitting a monthly operating report (MOR). As described in the notice and subsequent license amendments for specific power plants, the removal of the TS requirement was supported by the development of the Consolidated Data Entry (CDE) project by the Institute of Nuclear Power Operation (INPO). Licensees enter the data that had been included in monthly operating reports into the CDE and they are provided by INPO to the NRC staff each quarter.
The update for the first quarter of 2011, in a format similar to the traditional MOR, is provided in the enclosure to this memorandum (ADAMS Accession No. ML11116A039).
