ARKANSAS NUCLEAR ONE INSPECTION PROCEDURE 95003 COMMUNICATION TEAM CHARTER The enclosed team charter establishes the purpose, objectives, and composition of the Arkansas Nuclear One (ANO) Inspection Procedure 95003 Communication Team. This team has been established to ensure that the agencys actions to address the root cause and corrective actions are clearly communicated and documented. This charter also defines the expected outcomes of the oversight process and the team membership. Enclosure ARKANSAS NUCLEAR ONE INSPECTION PROCEDURE 95003 COMMUNICATION TEAM CHARTER Purpose
- 1. The Communication Team exists to coordinate important senior management briefings and interface with other Commission officer and external stakeholders as necessary during the conduct of the inspection. Additionally, the team is responsible for coordinating the acquisition of additional resources as necessary to support the overall effort.
Objectives The Teams duties and planned accomplishments include the following:
- 1. Create and maintain a public website to ensure effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- 2. Provide periodic briefings to the keep Communication Team members up to date on the status of licensee improvement activities and NRC inspection outcomes.
- 3. Seek input on appropriate communications and coordination actions.
- 4. Identify and develop topics for public meetings and Commission briefings.
- 5. Provide input for the lessons learned activities defined in Inspection Procedure 95003.
