The purpose of the meeting between Exelon Generation Company, LLC (Exelon), Entergy Operations, Inc. (Entergy) and the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC), Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation (NRR), Region I and Region IV staff, is to discuss recent steam generator tube inservice inspection results, specifically focusing on tube-to-tube wear indications.
