FORKED RIVER NUCLEAR GENERATING STATION DOCKET NO. 50- 363 ESTDtATE OF EVACUATION TIMES By letter dated December 26, 1979 from Brian K. Grimes to all Power Reactor Licensees, we were requested to submit evacuation time estimates for the plume exposure pathway surrounding the Forked River Plant.

A response to the same request has been submitted in a letter dated January 31, 1980 for the Oyster Creek Plant. Since the location of Forked River Station is less than a mile away from the Oyster Creek site, it is our position that the evacuation time as estimated in the Oyster Creek submittal holds good for the Forked River Station also within an acceptable tolerance.
