SUBJECT:

Forked River Nuclear Generating Station NRC License CPPR-96: Docket Number 50-363 "esponse to Inspection 50-363/79-08 The subject inspection resulted in a notice of violation due to the omission of data collection and venting of the Air Storage Building as required in field procedure FSP-1-12, Rev. 1. These activities were mis-takenly discontinued after a recommendation was submitted to suspend pro-cedure FSP-1-12, Rev. 1 based on an evcluation of the data collected to date. The venting of the Air Buildirg in accordance with the procedure was immediately reinstituted. All field personnel have been instructed to follow all approved procedures until revised even though actions may be underway to modify or suspend a procedure. Full compliance was achieved on October 12, 1979.
