Forked River Nuclear Generation Station Unit 1 Docket No. 50-363 Response to IE Bulletin 79-25 In response to your letter dated November 2, 1979 and the action requested in Bulletin 79-25 concerning the adequacy of Westinghouse type BFD relays for use in safety related circuits, we wish to advise you of the following:
- 1. At present no electrical equipment has been purchased to date with installed Westinghouse type BFD relays for use at the subject facility.
- 2. In the event Westinghouse type BFD relays are selected for use in safety related circuits, we will request the architect en-gineer to identify the type BFD relays and the adequacy of qualification testing for the relays be documented and sub-mitted to the site facility Q.A. files for your staff's re-view.
