FORKED RIVER NUCLEAR STATION DOCKET NUMBER 50-353 IE BULLETIN NO. 79-04 RESPONSE The swing check valves manufactured by the Velan Engineering Corporation, as identified in the subject bulletin, are not installed nor scheduled to be installed at the Forked River Nuclear Station.
As the response to Item 1 of this bulletin is reported as not applicable, JCP&L plans no further action with respect to the remaining items noted therein.
