I am investigating an accident which occurred on March 12, 19",9 at the construction site of the Forked River Nuclear Power Plant, in Forked River, New Jersey. The plant has never been completed, I believe.
Please advise how I may obtain copies of the Preliminary Safety Analysis Report as well as the Drawings and Specific-ations. These documents are available, I understand, under the Freedom of Information Act.
