| On June 10, 2009, the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) administered the generic fundamentals examination (GFE) of the written operator licensing examination to employees of your facility. Enclosed with this letter are copies of the final answer key, the grading results for your facility, and copies of individual answer sheets for each of your employees. Please forward the results to the individuals along with the copies of their respective answer sheets.
