LOCATION: Via Teleconference PURPOSE: Pre-submittal Discussion Regarding Proposed Adoption of the Nuclear Energy Institute (NEI) 99-01, Revision 6, Emergency Action Level Scheme Changes and Emergency Response Organization Requalification Frequency Changes CATEGORY 1:* This is a Category 1 meeting. The public is invited to observe will have one or more opportunities to communicate with the NRC after the business portion but before the meeting is adjourned.

Certain portions of this meeting may be closed to the public if it becomes necessary to discuss Security-Related Information during the meeting.

• Emergency Plan changes - proposed adoption of NEI 99-01, Revision 6, Emergency Action Level (EAL) scheme changes for the Exelon fleet (Braidwood, Byron, Clinton, Dresden, LaSalle, Limerick, Oyster Creek, Peach Bottom, Quad Cities, and Three Mile Island)

• Emergency Plan changes - proposed changes to revise the Emergency Response Organization (ERO) training requalification frequency from every 12 months (plus 25%

grace) to annually for Exelon's Mid-Atlantic plants (Limerick, Oyster Creek, Peach Bottom, and Three Mile Island)
