The purpose of this meeting was to discuss and answer questions on the Oyster Creek Nuclear Generating Station (Oyster Creek) Post-Shutdown Decommissioning Activities Report (PSDAR), submitted by Exelon Generation Company, LLC (Exelon or the licensee) on May 21, 2018 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) Accession No. ML18141A775). The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staff also solicited written comments from the public on those questions that could not be answered during the public meeting.
NRC Public Meeting Feedback:
The staff received two NRC Public Meeting Feedback forms. A summary of the results of the feedback forms is provided below.
