NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING Licensee: Constellation Energy Generation, LLC Facility: Braidwood Station, Units 1 and 2 Docket Nos: 50-456, 50-457 Date and Time: Wednesday, May 29, 2024 5:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. CDT Location: Braidwood City Hall 141 W. Main Street Braidwood, IL 60408

Purpose:

The NRC staff will host an open forum to present theNRCs assessment of safety performance at Braidwood Station, Units 1 and 2 for 2023, as described in the 2023 annual assessment letter. The NRC staff will be available to respond to questions specific to the safety performance of the station and the NRCs role in ensuring safe plant operations.

John Robbins, Senior Resident Inspector, Braidwood Station Phillip Smagacz, Resident Inspector, Braidwood Station Others as designated Public Participation:This is an Information Meeting with a Question-and-Answer Session: The purpose of this meeting is for the NRC staff to meet directly with individuals to discuss regulatory and technical issues.

Attendees will have an opportunity to ask questions of the NRC staff or make comments about the issues discussed throughout the meeting; however, the NRC is not actively soliciting comments toward regulatory decisions at this meeting.
