This letter is the report required by 10 CFR 50.54(w)(3). The following Nuclear Property and Decontamination Liability Insurance will be in effect for the San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station on the April 1, 2014 policy renewal date:

All policies providing coverage mentioned above comply with 10 CFR 50.54(w), including provisions for the insurance proceeds to be prioritized for dedicated reactor stabilization/safety and then for decontamination of the site.
There are no commitments contained in this letter.
