This letter is the report required by 10 CFR 50.54(w)(3) . The following Nuclear Property and Decontamination Liability Insurance will be in effect for the San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station on the April 1, 2011 policy renewal date:

Insurance Policy

($500 million)

Decontamination Liability, Nuclear Electric Insurance Decommissioning Liability Limited (NEIL II) and Excess Property Insurance Policy

($2,250 million)

All policies providing coverage mentioned above comply with 10 CFR 50.54(w),

including provisions for the insurance proceeds to be prioritized for dedicated reactor stabilization/safety and then for decontamination of the site.
