This letter is to request information to support our inspection of the Implementation of Mitigating Strategies and Spent Fuel Pool Instrumentation Orders and Emergency Preparedness Communications/Staffing/Multi-Unit Dose Assessment Plans beginning January 23, 2017, at your Fermi Power Plant, Unit 2. This inspection will be performed in accordance with the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) Temporary Instruction 2515/191.
In order to minimize the impact that the inspection has on the site and to ensure a productive inspection, we have enclosed a list of documents requested for the inspection.
