These changes incorporate the results of Evaluation PTN-ENG-SENS-97-088, Revision 1, titled, "Engineering Evaluation Related to Pre-Planned Alternative Monitoring for the Containment High Range Radiation Monitors (CHRRMs)," as well as reflecting organizational changes afFecting the Emergency Preparedness program. There were no areas of reduced e6ectiveness identified in this revision.

The Organization chart has been edited as follows: the Services Manager, the Security Supervisor, and the Manager, Nuclear Human Resources positions have been deleted. The Emergency Security Manager has been added to the chart under the Site Vice President (Recovery Manager).
The Services Manager responsibilities have been deleted.

A statement  has been added under the OSC Supervisor's responsibilities  for the use of personnel from other departments, as necessary.
Attachment 4, Off-site Post-hurricane Checklist changes:
      - Statement added to complete applicable sections, as required, by damage from the storm.
      - EBS changed to EAS throughout checklist.
      - County Manager's OAice changed to County Mayor's Office.
      - DHRS changed to Department of Health throughout checklist.
