At 0935 hours, No. 13 Auxiliary Building exhaust fan was removed from service due to high motor vibration.
DESCRIPTION OF OCCURRENCE:
No. 11 Auxiliary Building exhaust fan had been previously removed from service due to problems with the fan unit dampers. Action Statement C for Technical Specification 3.7.7.1 was implemented.
At 0935 hours, No. 13 Auxiliary Building exhaust fan was removed from service due to high motor vibration. No. 11 Auxiliary Building exhaust fan had been previously removed from service due to problems with the fan unit dampers. Action Statement C for Technical Specification 3.7.7.1 was implemented. At 1700, surveillance 4.7.7.l(A) had been performed on the repaired No. 13 fan unit to verify operability and the Action Statement was terminated.
