This report is being submitted prior to the normal four-year anniversary dates due to significant changes in the Certification Program. PSE&G will submit subsequent certification reports every four years from the date of this submittal in accordance with 10 C FR5 5 . 4 5 ( b) ( 5) ( ii ) . Enclosed is the certification report for Salem and Hope Creek Generating Station. Section V.A list the uncorrected test failures and schedule for completion for Salem. Presently Hope Creek has no uncorrected performance test failures.
